Board of Directors
The Indiana Farm Bureau board of directors is composed of 13 farmers and ag professionals representing all 92 counties in Indiana. They are led by officers Randy Kron, president, Kendell Culp, vice president, Janis Highley, 2nd vice president, and Mark Sigler, treasurer and chief operating officer. INFB's directors are passionate about putting the organization's mission, vision and guiding principles to work to strengthen farmers, agriculture and rural communities.

President
Randy Kron of Evansville became president of Indiana Farm Bureau in January 2016. He and his wife, Joyce, farm about 2,000 acres near Evansville.
Kendell Culp
Vice President
Kendell Culp became vice president of Indiana Farm Bureau in January 2016, but he has served the organization at many different levels over the years.
Janis Highley
2nd Vice President
Janis Highley of Huntington County is the 2nd vice president of Indiana Farm Bureau and also serves on the INFB board of directors.
Mark Sigler
Chief Operating Officer / Treasurer
Mark Sigler came to Indiana Farm Bureau in 1987. He has held positions on various committees and boards, including the Indiana State Fair Board.
